Why do our climate partners choose Fair Recycling? Because with our certificates, they are not purchasing risky emission promises, but real greenhouse gas reductions that have already been achieved before the certificates are issued. Future or projected reductions are therefore excluded.
We all contribute to global warming. Our climate partners know that not all CO2 emissions can be avoided due to supply chains in the manufacture, transport and distribution of products. However, it is important to take responsibility and contribute to reducing global warming. Our climate partners share our credo and values, thereby making a positive contribution to climate protection and the circular economy.
You too can make a voluntary contribution to climate protection to minimise greenhouse gas emissions as much as possible and achieve the national and global goal of ‘net zero’ more quickly.
"Coop supports Fair Recycling's climate protection project because it is an excellent complement to our own climate protection measures. As a founding partner, we are proud to support a project that not only reduces greenhouse gases but also strengthens the local community and returns high-quality raw materials to the cycle. Our investment in the SWISS CHARTER units demonstrates our commitment to climate protection and sustainable development, both locally and globally. The project is fully in line with our climate strategy and contributes to achieving the goals of the Paris Climate Agreement."
Mrs Simone Benguerel - Project Manager Sustainability Coop
"With our modern and professional refrigeration appliance recycling facility, we at the Thommen Group are already making an active contribution to climate protection in Switzerland. We also decided to partner with Fair Recycling because climate protection knows no boundaries and CO2 equivalents are demonstrably destroyed.
Mr Pouyan Dardashti, CEO Thommen Group
‘We want to make an effective contribution to climate protection and have deliberately chosen Fair Recycling. In addition to transparency and direct communication, we are particularly impressed by the technology used: greenhouse gas-relevant substances are irreversibly destroyed, which contributes to risk-free emission reduction.’
Dr. Christine Wenk, Neosys AG
