Since launching our climate protection project in Brazil, we have operated it in partnership with Indústria Fox pursuant to the Swiss SWISS CHARTER standard – and for good reason. The standard defines the principles and requirements for climate action projects and specifies how their impact must be measured, verified and documented. This ensures the quality, credibility and effectiveness of our project and our carbon credits at all times.

SWISS CHARTER projects make an outstanding contribution to climate protection and sustainable development, taking environmental, social, economic and technological aspects into account.

The SWISS CHARTER standard ensures full transparency for our climate partners, who can access structured project documentation and comprehensive monitoring reports at any time. These reports assess project performance using clearly defined indicators and targets, guaranteeing that our customers receive climate certificates based on credible and verifiable data. The SWISS CHARTER is regularly updated to meet the evolving challenges of climate change and international cooperation and is validated by organisations accredited by the Swiss Federal Office for the Environment.

The project and the SWISS CHARTER were developed and implemented with the support of the Federal Office for the Environment (FOEN), the State Secretariat for Economic Affairs (SECO) and the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC).
We regularly update the SWISS CHARTER to reflect the evolving challenges of climate change and the requirements of international cooperation. It is validated at frequent intervals by independent organisations accredited by the Swiss Federal Office for the Environment (FOEN), ensuring its quality, credibility and effectiveness.
