Since the start of the project, we have been carrying out our climate protection initiative in Brazil together with Indústria Fox, in accordance with the Swiss SWISS CHARTER standard. This standard defines the principles and rules for climate protection activities and sets out how progress must be verified and documented — ensuring the quality and effectiveness of our project at all times.

Statement on Fair Recycling's climate protection project by EBP

The SWISS CHARTER standard ensures full transparency for our climate partners, who can access structured project documentation and comprehensive monitoring reports at any time. These reports assess project performance using clearly defined indicators and targets, guaranteeing that our customers receive climate certificates based on credible and verifiable data. The SWISS CHARTER is regularly updated to meet the evolving challenges of climate change and international cooperation (most recently on November 2, 2023) and is validated by organizations accredited by the Swiss Federal Office for the Environment.
